I went out with my family to an art exhibition thing. It was quite nice and relaxing, I took loads of photos/videos. We ate at Nandos after, and then we went to drink coffee and eat cakes at a little cafe nearby. I bought a poster at the exhibition thing and another poster of my favourite band at a nearby market stall. They had a good deal there, something like 2 fullsized posters for a tenner. In typical 'Ace' fashion I only bought one because I couldn't decide on a second one and was concerned that they would close soon. Anyway, I'm excited to take both posters to my uni room.

I didn’t have food to make a proper lunch unless I wanted to take from my instant ramen rations cause I’ve been putting off grocery shopping, so I went to the store a bought a meal deal (a BLT, a sausage roll, and a bottle of water because I forgot to bring some.)

I got to campus early-ish, around 2. It was really sunny day, I enjoyed it a lot.

Anyway, god hates me, because the minute I decided it’d be a good idea to start doing work outside it started raining.

I did some of my coursework, met up with my personal tutor regarding my (shit) exam results, did more coursework, drew something silly, then ate korean bbq with some international friends, then went to the supermarket to buy ingredients for baking.

I was knackered when I got home.

I forced myself to do that grocery shop I was putting off, because I had to buy more ingredients for baking. It was really hot and sunny outside and I foolishly decided to wear a bunch of layers and a coat. I walked to the supermarket sweating in my all black attire.

When I was going back, I thought the trees looked pretty nice in the sun.

At around 10pm I started baking. I had to practice baking stuff for a bakesale the next day. I was on a voice call with a friend, it was fun. I finished around midnight and went to bed.

The bakesale went well all things considered, although the weather was absolutely god fucking awful. Probably the only cold ass day of the month - of course it had to fall on the day we were doing a bakesale.

The bakesale was to raise money for my university society. The weather was so miserable some guy came around to tell us we were doing a good job in spite of it. My legs were frozen by the end of it all.

Anyway, despite the weather we sold more than I thought we would, and I thought it was kind of fun even if most of the time I was just observing people. I was with another person, and we made small conversation at times and it was nice. We had the same sort of interests – I think.

The weather lightened up just as we were finishing up - just my luck honestly. It was alright though. I was in a good mood coming back home.
